I had my 38 week appointment yesterday. Summer is still head down (which I already knew) and they said the chances of her turning now are very very small (again I already knew)
Now for some other news.... I went from 1cm dilated to 3cm dilated in 10 days! The Dr also stripped my membranes, which from reading online means she separated the amniotic sac from the cervix.
I asked a few questions, one of the main ones I wanted to know was how late will they let me go before they induce.. her answer was it depends on the pregnancy, she said usually they let you go 10 days overdue, before discussing induction. She did say though that she thinks it is very unlikely that I will need to be induced for going late.
So fingers crossed I don't make it to my appointment on Monday.
